Merge reverse DNS work and object conversion from /trunk, part 5

Includes changes through r543 with a few more minor conflicts.

[530]10 - FastCGI is now supported for RPC. Install the FCGI module to support
11 this, and rename or symlink:

15 - Apply the database upgrade script dns-1.0-1.2.sql:

17 > psql -U dnsdb dnsdb -h localhost <dns-1.0-1.2.sql

19 (Change the database name, database user, and hostname as appropriate.)
20 Note that the changes are fully backwards-compatible; if for some
21 reason you need to roll back to 1.0, it should run without issue against
22 the updated database.
