BIND export, unwinding dev saves, 13 of many many

• Add code blocks outputting A, AAAA, TXT, CNAME, SRV, and RP records, largely copy-pasted from printrec_tiny() and updated for BIND record format
• Add minimally-updated copy-pasted block for PTR records
