Description
Other than the database host, name, user, and pass at least.
This lets them be changed much more easily.

Moving all non-DB-connection configuration into the database requires an interface to change that configuration. May be simpler to leave things where they are. Also consider converting to a parsed key-value config like dnsadmin uses.
Keeping this open mainly as a reminder so I don't (re)open another ticket on this.
