Description

Basic search is OKish, but complex search is.... *too* complex, and doesn't work the way I think it does.

Patch up search.cgi so that it at least provides results and doesn't
spew errors all over the place. See #31, #4 (sort of).

Add RPC script for IPDB search. Contains the skeleton of the underlying
widgetry needed for the full search refresh. See #4.
